Dr. Varr has been serving the residents of Kent County and the surrounding areas for many years. Our practice has made this community our home. We have also made a name for ourselves by improving the vision of our friends and neighbors.

During every single appointment, we take the time to fully explain new treatments, including vision correction surgery, LASIK, and other eye care solutions that you might not be aware of. There are even new advancements in surgery, including for cataracts and astigmatisms that have just become available in the last few years.

  • Scheduling an appointment

 

To schedule a patient appointment or consultation, please call our office at 401-732-6640 during our office hours.

 

  • Cancellation notice

 

We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. If an emergency should arise the patient is exempt from his charge. If notice is not received you will be billed $35 for the time scheduled.

 

  • Transportation Services

 

Transportation Services are available for surgery to the Surgery Center.

 

  • Insurance

 

Kent Ophthalmology accepts Medicare and most major insurance programs. In addition, we are affiliated with many vision service plans which include VSP and Eyemed. Feel free to call and ask if your plan is accepted by our office.
